It smell like a porta potty when I walked in. And I could not get waited on had to walk out!

I took coupons i cut out the flyers they send in the mail so my meal was a lot cheaper so I was very well satisfied

I eat in this lovely spot many times a year! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I visit this place at least once a month. The meals are excellent, the staff is welcoming and the price is good. I like meeting in this place for a decent lunch.

Went here 5/20/19 after years of avoiding this place. I gotta say they really stepped up. This location used to be heavily employeed by halfway house women (the most lazy and careless women you can meet) and I went in and found a big improvement. The cashier was friendly and fast and the guy making the food had gloves on and was fast and accurate too on each order and my whopper was heavily loaded with the garden of condiments.

The service was excellent!😁and the food was good.

When you're on the go and don't have time to really get the meal you need this is a place to go to.

As always the same for over the last 50 + years of my life, love the food and drinks, I, still remember the first one I, was taken to in Kalamazoo Michigan, thank you for all the foods I've been provided by you, and your codes of ethics and curteousness employees is still there

I wish I could put a 0 star!!! Went there and they had me waiting 20 minutes to recieve my meal also the young boy had an attitude and when i checked the bag i was missing 1 whopper the fries tasted like burned old oil never going back!!!

Worst Burger King I have bever been. Ordered a Whopper with Cheese and all they put in it was mustard and pickles. No onions, lettuce or tomato. I was too far to take it back. The pop machine was supposed to have all kinds of flavors but majority of flavors were out. Parking lot had more potholes than most streets in Chicago.But, the workers were very nice.

The service was acceptable, but the Fry's were too many short ones and not enough long 1's, I have 2 eat without my teeth in. Short Fry's are hard on my gums.

Food was super nasty. Manager was rude and immature joking around with employess . Ordered a chicken sandwish it was hard and looked like its been there for hours . it was a long wait as well

Garbage. Went here for a Chicken Sandwich and they gave me the worst quality sandwich I've had. The chicken was legitimately not edible, and I could not bite through it. Those things happen which is fine, but their handling of the situation afterwards was pathetic. They did nothing to help the situation and could not care less. Situation could have been easily remedied but instead they lost a customer that will never go back.

We got everything hot and fresh. Meal for 3 under $30...

Went through the drive through with the family and the food was very good. The staff worked quick and we were on our way.

Really good food! Great staff! I left my purse their on a Sunday afternoon and didn't realize it until I returned home. I called and they said they had it for me. Whew! We live an hour away. Erica was the young woman that found it and I tried to give her a reward but she repeatedly declined. What a great young woman!

Good breakfest

Everytime i go i get my order wrong. I was in a rush tonight to get home and i didnt check my bag and when i got home i was missing food and also i didnt get my receipt. Very disappointed with this place i rarely go and this happens always. Wont be going here anymore.

Not a recommended stop. They are really slow filling the order, even when it’s not busy at all. It’s a bit old and rundown and not particularly clean inside. The food is fine, I mean, it’s Burger King, so you know what you’re getting. There are other better places nearby you’re better off going to instead.

I always stop here to get my vanilla iced coffee in the morning before work and they are always fast and prompt. Never had an issue and I come here frequently.

Love their good. Especially their fries.

The food was good, had the Impossible whopper again, it was made just right, the fries were crisp and hot. The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well ventilated. I emphasise on cleanliness because I have been to many Burger King stores in the Chicago area that were run down and dirty.

The drive thru for 2 burgers and fries was over 10 minutes. The person at window didn't acknowledge me, said the amount and pretty much tossed the bag of food at me. The fries were hot and tasted like old grease. Burgers were fine.

Bad,Bad and Bad,went to grab a combo #12 a chicken sandwich they give me the wrong order eventhough I was the only car in drivethru!! I got a whopper meal meat was nasty and fries were cold,I asked for ketchup did not got any wasted my time and $11dollars called and asked for manager he was rude and said come back tomorrow and not only that I got no receipt. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! TOO BAD THEY ARE HISPANICS JUST LIKE ME

I prefer this venue a lot. theres a special air. The cuisine is splendid. the service is dynamic and the team is professional. The pay is honest. truly recommend.

When I drove through the drive through and got my food it smelled like the floors had never been washed ever...I couldn't even eat my food I was so grossed out!

Doesn't open on time. Twice now have said problems with system is the reason. #needsimprovement

The nicest Burger King in the area I would say, it's clean most of the time the food always fresh. Just make sure that your order is right, like there is no missing French fries or sandwiches, out of that is very good.

The place serves big portions and for fair rates. super nice employees. 5 stars.

This location is fine. Hope they've seen an increase in traffic while the interior McDonald's Lake St. location continues to be inactive.
